William P. Harrill, III is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted career spanning law, real estate and auctioneering.

As an auctioneer in North Carolina, he brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his clients. After graduating from Cumberland School of Law in 1998, William embarked on a successful legal career, specializing in wills, estates, trusts, and small business matters. For two decades, he diligently served his clients, providing them with sound legal advice and expert guidance through various legal processes.

Now, William has shifted his career focus to pursue his passion for providing estate management and liquidation services, which can frequently involve auctioneering.  Drawing upon his extensive legal background, he integrates his knowledge of estate matters into his auctioneering practice, offering comprehensive solutions for clients navigating the complexities of estate management and liquidation.

William is the founder and owner of Harrill Estate Services, LLC and Harrill Auctions, LLC.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Campbell University, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law. He is a graduate of Southeastern School of Auctioneering. William holds licenses as both an auctioneer and attorney in North Carolina.
